New primary and backup quote feeds
On April 6, 2026, Nasdaq PHLX added a direct feed from the new Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) as its primary quotation data source for TXSE and designated CQS/UQDF as the secondary source. This change applies immediately and is intended to help the Exchange handle, route, and execute orders and perform related regulatory compliance; the Exchange says no extra costs are expected.
Table updated to reflect renamed exchanges
The Exchange updated the Equity 4, Rule 3304 table to show the current names of two exchanges (now Nasdaq Texas and NYSE Texas). The update is intended to increase transparency about the market centers the Exchange references and is effective immediately.
