If your company is a licensee that manufactures, receives, transfers, disassembles, or disposes of nationally tracked radioactive sources, you must continue to report using NRC Form 748. The collection is being renewed as an extension and is estimated to result in 17,825 annual responses from 977 respondents, requiring about 2,181 hours total each year; reporting is required on occasion at transaction completion and at inventory reconciliation.
