Must Revise Maintenance Program by May 29, 2026

If you operate certain Dassault MYSTERE-FALCON 20-C5/D5/E5/F5 airplanes, you must revise your existing maintenance or inspection program to incorporate the new airworthiness limitations specified in EASA AD 2025-0123. The AD is effective May 29, 2026, and you must complete the required revision within 90 days after that effective date.

FAA Estimates $7,650 Labor Cost Per Operator

The FAA estimates this AD affects 61 U.S.-registered airplanes. The agency estimates the cost per operator for the retained actions from the prior AD is $7,650 (90 work-hours × $85/hour) and estimates the cost per operator for the new actions is also $7,650 (90 work-hours × $85/hour).

Limits on Alternative Inspections or Intervals

After you revise the maintenance or inspection program as required, you may not use alternative actions or different intervals (for example, substitute inspections) unless those alternatives are approved under the procedures specified in the referenced EASA ADs or approved as an Alternative Method of Compliance (AMOC) by the FAA. Requests for AMOC approval must follow 14 CFR 39.19 and be sent to the manager identified in the AD.
