Any person (individuals, organizations, businesses, municipalities) may file a protest, motion to intervene, or comment in Docket No. CP26-198-000 at no cost. All filings must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 22, 2026; timely, unopposed motions to intervene are automatically granted, and if no protest is filed within the allowed time (or is withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time), the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the protest period ends.
