Runners Asked 5-Minute Feedback

Triennial Economic Study Aids Local Businesses

The Marine Corps Marathon Organization will run triennial Economic Impact Surveys (Marathon: 1,185 respondents; Historic Half: 204 respondents) that are annualized to 395 and 68 responses, respectively, with each response taking about 10 minutes. De-identified results will be shared with local stakeholders and senior Marine Corps leaders to enhance community partnerships and negotiate more favorable terms for event services.

Total Survey Burden and Voluntary Nature

Across all collections, there are 3,392 annual responses and 321 annual burden hours expected; participation is voluntary. Public comments on this information collection are accepted through May 29, 2026.
