CW-1 Forms Renewed and Revised

If you are an employer in the Northern Mariana Islands, the Department of Labor proposes to extend and revise the CW-1 application forms (Form ETA-9142C and Form ETA-9141C) to carry out responsibilities under the Northern Mariana Islands U.S. Workforce Act of 2018. DOL is seeking Paperwork Reduction Act authorization for this collection for three (3) years.

Specific Filing Requirement for CW-1

Employers seeking to hire CW-1 workers must file a completed CW-1 Application for Temporary Employment Certification (Form ETA-9142C), all appropriate appendices, and a valid Application for Prevailing Wage Determination (Form ETA-9141C) with the OFLC National Processing Center to obtain a temporary labor certification decision.
