Automatic authorization if no protest filed

If no protest is filed within the allowed time, or if a filed protest is withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time for filing a protest, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the time allowed for protest. If a protest is filed and not withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time, the Commission will consider the request.

Intervenor rights to rehearing and appeals

Only parties who file a timely motion to intervene have the right to request rehearing of Commission orders in this proceeding and to subsequently challenge those orders in the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. Motions to intervene must be filed by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 26, 2026.

Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company proposes to install three new delivery meter stations, modify Station 35 in Harris County, Texas, and expand the Louisiana Southwest LW269 Valve Site in Beauregard and Allen Parishes, Louisiana. The project would enable an incremental 115,000 dekatherms per day of firm transportation capacity and has an estimated cost of $28,697,634.
