Contractors Must Report Wage Data

If you are a construction contractor, contractor association, or union, the Department of Labor is asking you to provide wage information using Form WD-10 (and a pre-survey WD-10A). The wage data will be used to determine locally prevailing wages under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts; DOL estimates 276 respondents, 2,854 total responses, a total annual time burden of 950 hours, and total annual other costs of $0, and is seeking OMB authorization for three years. The agency is accepting public comments through June 3, 2026 (OMB will consider comments received on or before that date).
