Investigation Ended for Molex and TECC

The U.S. International Trade Commission determined not to review two initial determinations that terminate the investigation as to Molex, LLC (Lisle, Illinois) and TE Connectivity Corporation (Berwyn, Pennsylvania) based on settlement. The investigation is terminated as to those respondents and thus terminated in its entirety; the ALJ issued Orders No. 43 and 44 on April 14, 2026, and the Commission vote took place on April 29, 2026.

Earlier Settlement Closed Case for Amphenol

The Commission previously terminated the investigation as to Amphenol Corporation (Wallingford, Connecticut) based on settlement on September 24, 2025. That termination removed Amphenol from Investigation No. 337-TA-1446.

Patent '233 Claim Withdrawn; Related Termination

On December 3, 2025, the Commission terminated the investigation as to U.S. Patent No. 10,877,233 (the '233 patent) based on withdrawal of the complaint. This change removed that patent claim from the investigation record.
