Public Virtual Open Session

Public Comment Submission Window

Anyone may submit written comments to the committee by June 15, 2026. Comments must be under 700 words and include the sender's name, email, telephone number, and business or professional affiliation when applicable.

Grant Review and Confidentiality

On June 29, 2026 the council will review and evaluate grant applications in a closed session (10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.) because discussions may disclose confidential trade secrets, patentable material, or personal information. The closed session is held under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6).
