Utilities Repair Aid Added for 13 Michigan Counties
If you live or operate in Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Kalkaska, Mackinac, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego, Presque Isle Counties, or are a member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, you are now eligible for FEMA assistance for utilities (Category F) under the major disaster declaration FEMA-4880-DR. This amendment to the July 22, 2025 disaster declaration was issued March 10, 2026 and adds utility repair and restoration support to previously designated emergency and permanent public assistance categories.
