Summary

The Department of Education is updating a form used by state, local, and tribal governments to report on the Randolph-Sheppard Vending Facility Program, which helps people who are blind run vending businesses. They want your feedback by June 8, 2026, to make sure the form is clear and not too much work. This update won’t cost extra money but aims to improve how info is collected and used.

Data Sets Income Cap for Blind Vendors

The RSA-15 data collection determines the national average income that caps how much vending machine income States may distribute to blind vendors under 34 CFR 395.8. The Department will collect this information from 51 State Licensing Agencies through RSAMIS during the 90-day period 10/1/2026–12/30/2026 to measure distribution, profitability, provide technical assistance, and monitor program implementation.
