USCIS keeps focus groups running
USCIS is extending, without change, its Collection of Qualitative Feedback through focus groups so individuals, households, businesses, and not-for-profits can keep giving feedback to help improve USCIS services.
Time burden for participants: 1.5 hours
If you take part in a USCIS focus group, the agency estimates an average time burden of 1.5 hours per response. USCIS estimates 25,000 respondents and a total annual burden of 37,500 hours.
No monetary cost to participate
USCIS states there is no monetary cost to participate in these focus groups and no mailing cost because submissions are electronic, so you will not owe fees or postage to respond.
Comments posted publicly; privacy risk
Comments submitted to the public docket will be posted without change on regulations.gov and may include any personal information you provide, so USCIS advises limiting personal details when submitting comments.
