Notice

Summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company gets the green light to keep running the Helms Pumped Storage Project from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, while waiting for a new license. This means no interruptions in power storage, and the project can keep humming along under the old rules until a new deal is made. If no new license shows up by next April, the current permission automatically renews, keeping things smooth and steady.
