Two ocean carriers (ONE Ocean Network Express and Wan Hai Lines) amended their slot-exchange deal to clarify that Wan Hai may exchange space from both the AP1 and AP2 services and extended the agreement through May 18, 2026. The amendment’s proposed effective date is May 5, 2026.
Marine terminals to coordinate operations starting June 21, 2026
Husky Terminal & Stevedoring and Washington United Terminals filed a cooperative working agreement that lets them share information and coordinate vessel scheduling, berth use (including during dredging-related unavailability), equipment use, cargo handling, and to allocate resources and costs. The agreement’s proposed effective date is June 21, 2026.
