Tool to Measure Fishing Community Impacts

On June 2, 2026, the Pacific Council’s Economics Subcommittee will review a draft methodology for a "Community Resilience Decision Support Tool." The tool is intended to help the Council measure and understand how its decisions affect fishing community resilience and could shape future rules that affect fishing communities' livelihoods and local economies.
