Free virtual public attendance

You can join three public New Jersey Advisory Committee meetings for free via Zoom on May 27, 2026 (3:00 p.m. ET), June 9, 2026 (3:00 p.m. ET), and June 25, 2026 (1:00 p.m. ET); registration links are provided in the notice.

Anyone who attends these meetings may make oral statements during an open comment period as time allows at the May 27, June 9, and June 25, 2026 meetings.

Written comments accepted within 30 days

You may submit written comments to the regional office; comments must be received within 30 days following each scheduled meeting.

Phone callers may incur wireless charges

If you call into the meetings via wireless phone, you may incur regular charges per your wireless plan; the Commission will not refund those charges. Land-line calls to the toll-free number (1-833-435-1820) will incur no charge.

Accessibility: closed captioning and accommodations

Closed captioning is available by selecting 'CC' in the meeting platform, and additional accommodations can be requested by emailing the Commission at least 10 business days before the meeting.

Meeting records available online

Records from these meetings will be posted online via the file sharing site and at www.facadatabase.gov and the Commission's website so the public can inspect and reproduce them before and after the meetings.
