Raises the Conrad 30 waiver cap to more than 100 physicians. The bill would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act by replacing the phrase "to exceed 30" with "to exceed 100" in 8 U.S.C. 1184(l)(1)(B). That change increases the maximum number of physicians who may receive Conrad 30 waivers from 30 to a limit exceeding 100.
