Longer telehealth from home for Medicare

If enacted, Medicare patients could keep using telehealth from home after the federal emergency period. The bill would remove the current deadlines of December 31, 2024 and March 31, 2025. Eligibility would instead follow the emergency-period rules in federal law. Providers could keep offering these visits. This would take effect upon enactment.
