Parental consent for certain school activities
If enacted, your school would have to tell you directly at least 14 days before certain activities. These are activities listed in subparagraph (C) of 20 U.S.C. 1232h. The school would need your written consent for your child to participate. Your consent must reach the school at least 14 days before the activity date. This would be in addition to other required notices.
