Appeal rights for Postal EAS staff without unions
This bill would let certain Postal Service employees appeal major job actions to the Merit Systems Protection Board. It would apply only if you are not represented by a bargaining representative recognized under section 1203. You must be in a supervisory, professional, technical, clerical, administrative, or managerial job covered by the Executive and Administrative Schedule (EAS). If enacted, you could appeal removals, suspensions, or other significant personnel actions. The bill does not set an effective date and adds no new funding.
