Extend diesel cleanup grants to 2029
This bill would extend the Diesel Emissions Reduction Act’s authority from 2024 to 2029. If enacted, the government could keep offering grants and rebates to cut diesel pollution through 2029. Fleet owners, school districts, transit agencies, states, and small businesses could still apply. The bill would not itself add funding or change taxes.
