Medicare drug help for Medicaid enrollees turning 65

If enacted, some low-income adults on Medicaid would automatically get help paying Medicare Part D premiums and drug costs when they turn 65. To qualify, you would need to be enrolled in Medicaid the day before your 65th birthday and have income below 200% of the federal poverty line for your family size. The help would last for a limited time set by the Secretary. This would apply for plan years starting on or after January 1, 2027.
