Blocks PWFA rules from covering abortion or abortion-related coverage. The Love Them Both Act of 2025 would name the bill and bar the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Board of Directors of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing any regulation that applies to abortion or abortion-related coverage under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (42 U.S.C. 2000gg-3).

Blocks new abortion rules at work
If enacted, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights would be barred from making or enforcing rules under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (section 105) that deal with abortion or abortion coverage. Employers would not face new federal workplace rules about abortion under that law. Pregnant workers who might have gained protections or coverage through such rules would not get them.
