Moab uranium site transfer to Grand County
This bill would let the Energy Department give the Moab uranium cleanup site to Grand County, Utah at no cost. The transfer would happen only after the Secretary, with regulators and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, decides cleanup is complete enough.
