Rural Telehealth and Education Enhancement Act of 2025

Summary
Extends authorization of the Distance Learning and Telemedicine Program (DLTP) through 2030. This bill would change the statutory expiration year in 7 U.S.C. 950aaa-5 from 2023 to 2030 so the USDA program remains authorized under the current law. It keeps the DLTP available to support distance learning and telehealth projects in rural communities and preserves the program’s existing statutory framework through 2030.
