National POW/MIA museum status could be revoked

If enacted, this would name the Jacksonville, Florida POW/MIA Memorial and Museum as the national museum. The Director would have 90 days after enactment to send Congress a report with a five-year budget, the organization structure, bylaws or rules, and any accreditations. The national title could be withdrawn if the museum is not operating satisfactorily five years after enactment, or if the report is late. Losing the title could reduce recognition and support for the museum and the local community.
