If enacted, colleges that take federal student aid would have to update all student and employee conduct materials. They would add a definition of antisemitism as a perception of Jews that can be shown as hatred. Policies would note it can target people (Jewish or not), their property, Jewish groups, and religious sites. Policies would state antisemitic conduct is banned. Student offenders may be expelled, and employees may be fired. This would take effect upon enactment.
