Expands Medicare's definition of clinical social worker services to cover more settings and supports. It would let services and supplies provided "incident to" clinical social work count as clinical social worker services and remove the current limit that tied those services only to diagnosing and treating mental illness. These changes would apply to services furnished on or after December 1, 2025.
