Summary
Requires standardized data collection and reporting for opioid-use disorder grants to improve oversight and clarity. The bill would tighten what states and subrecipients must report about how grant money is used and who receives it.

- States receiving grants would have to report quarterly the purposes of funds, activities carried out, and the number of individuals served. These reports must use a standardized system the Secretary would develop.
- Every entity that gets a grant or a subaward must be identified. Reports must include the name, location, taxpayer identification number, and the funding level provided to each recipient or subrecipient.
- The Secretary would be required to build the data system and, where feasible, use existing federal grant-tracking systems to avoid duplicate reporting.
- The reporting and identification rules would apply starting 180 days after enactment.
