Spotted Lanternfly control as a high-priority research and extension goal. This bill would add grant authority under the 1990 Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act's high-priority research and extension initiative to support research and extension for developing and sharing research-based tools and treatments to combat the Spotted Lanternfly (Lycorma delicatula).
