Blocks Community Development Block Grant funding for people who are not U.S. nationals or lawfully admitted permanent residents. It would also stop HUD from awarding CDBG grants to any state, unit of general local government, or Indian tribe that runs programs providing such assistance.

If enacted, federal housing and community grants could not help people who are not U.S. nationals or green card holders. This would apply to grants made in FY2024 and later.
