This bill would authorize more Impact Aid for K-12 school districts affected by federal land. Basic payments would be about $1.49 billion in FY2026, rising to about $2.35 billion in FY2031. Payments for federal property would be $85 million in FY2026 and $250 million in FY2031. Payments for children with disabilities would be $50 million in FY2026 and $120 million in FY2031. More school construction money for impacted districts
