Summary
Reauthorizes annual funding for the Special Diabetes Programs for Type I diabetes. This bill would add a new subparagraph to Section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act to provide $160 million for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, with unobligated balances remaining available until expended. *Authorizes $160 million annually for FY2026–FY2030 for the designated programs.*
