Summary
Adds ticket agents to the aviation consumer protection advisory framework. The ACPAC Modernization Act amends Section 411 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 by revising punctuation in subsection (b), inserting a new paragraph (5) that lists "ticket agents", and removing the phrase or occurrence of "ticket agents" from subsection (i).
