Summary

Automated wait-time alerts and callbacks for VA customer service lines. This bill would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to install systems within one year that tell callers their expected wait and automatically offer a callback for waits longer than 10 minutes and would direct the Secretary to issue guidance to reduce average waits on covered lines to no more than 10 minutes.
