Summary
Expands eligibility for certain USDA programs to include small agricultural cooperatives. The bill would add "agricultural cooperatives with less than 2,500 employees" to the list of entities covered by Section 9007(c)(1)(A)(i) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002. It only changes eligibility language and leaves funding, definitions, enforcement, and program rules unchanged.
