More frequent pay for House staff
If enacted, when the House next upgrades its payroll system and the Committee on House Administration directs, the Chief Administrative Officer would be able to pay people paid by or under the House twice per month. The Committee would set the exact schedule by regulation. This would change only the timing and frequency of pay, not the total amount you earn. The provision would not provide any new funding.
