  • EPA Administrator: Would have to review criteria published or revised under Section 5 not later than 2 years after enactment and not less frequently than every 10 years, and revise or supplement them if necessary.
  • Statutory edits: Strikes the words "criteria or" from subsection (c), inserts a new subsection (d) titled "Review, Revision, and Supplementation of Criteria", and redesignates the former subsection (d) as subsection (e) with a cross reference to the new subsection.
