North America travel working group

This bill would define "North America" as the United States, Canada, and Mexico and link the term USMCA to the USMCA Implementation Act. It would require the U.S. Trade Representative to press for a Travel and Tourism Trade Working Group during the first USMCA joint review after enactment. The Working Group would be co‑chaired by the three countries and include U.S. officials from USTR, Commerce, State, Homeland Security, Interior, Labor, Transportation, and other agencies the President names. The group would get industry input (including the U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board), meet at least once a year, work to boost North American travel and tourism exports, and aim to promote jobs and economic growth. U.S. members would regularly brief Congress (Senate Finance; Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation; House Ways and Means; House Energy and Commerce).
