- Programs and implementers: Each notification would include the program working name, countries, funding requested, whether it is new or a continuation, total life-of-program funding, expected and total performance periods, the implementing entity and its U.S. or international status, intended objectives, key activities, consultations with the chief of mission, and any significant under- or overspends or performance improvement plans.
