Summary

Require certain 501(c)(3) nonprofits to use E-Verify. This bill would amend the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to add a subsection that defines "certain nonprofits" as tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations that pay any individual for personal services for political purposes or to take an active role in political management or a campaign. Those organizations would have to choose to enroll in the E-Verify program under section 403(a) and comply with its terms.
