Warrior Infertility Act

This bill would add "Infertility" to the VA list of conditions presumed to be caused or aggravated by toxic exposure during military service. If enacted, veterans with service-related toxic exposure and a diagnosed infertility condition would be more likely to receive VA service connection, VA disability pay, and VA health care for infertility. The bill would insert infertility as paragraph (15) in 38 U.S.C. 1120(b) and redesignate the former paragraph (15) as paragraph (16). The text sets no effective date or dollar amounts.
