Summary
Designates infertility as a condition presumed to be caused or aggravated by toxic exposure for veterans. The bill would add "Infertility" to the list in 38 U.S.C. 1120(b) of conditions presumed to be incurred or aggravated by toxic exposure during active military, naval, air, or space service. It inserts the new paragraph and renumbers the following paragraph, placing infertility within the Department of Veterans Affairs presumptions framework. The change does not alter other provisions, definitions, evidentiary standards, or procedures in section 1120(b).

Presumed service infertility for veterans
This bill would add "Infertility" to the VA list of conditions presumed to be caused or aggravated by toxic exposure during military service. If enacted, veterans with service-related toxic exposure and a diagnosed infertility condition would be more likely to receive VA service connection, VA disability pay, and VA health care for infertility. The bill would insert infertility as paragraph (15) in 38 U.S.C. 1120(b) and redesignate the former paragraph (15) as paragraph (16). The text sets no effective date or dollar amounts.
