District of Columbia Juror Pay Parity Act

Summary
Aligns DC Superior Court juror pay with federal rates. This bill would set fees and expense payments for grand and petit jurors in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia equal to the rates in 28 U.S.C. §1871 that apply to U.S. district court jurors. It repeals D.C. Code section 15-718 and applies to fees and expenses paid on or after the first day of the first fiscal year beginning after enactment.
