Summary
This bill would require the Joint Committee on the Library to obtain a statue of Shirley Chisholm in the United States Capitol. It would require the Committee to secure the statue within two years, allow the Architect of the Capitol to enter agreements and contracts on the Committee's behalf, place the statue in a public permanent location, and authorize whatever funding is necessary with amounts available until expended.
