Summary
Restructures federal transfer rules for highway and transit funding. This bill would remove and renumber specific transfer provisions by striking paragraph (1) of 23 U.S.C. 104(f) and deleting the initial subparagraph enumerator in 49 U.S.C. 5334(i). The edits reorganize statutory text about transferring highway and transit amounts and contain no new funding obligations, appropriations, eligibility rules, or program authorizations within those sections.
