Designates January 2026 as "National Stalking Awareness Month" to spotlight stalking's scale and harms. The bill would note that about 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men have experienced stalking and that more than 13.4 million people report stalking each year. It would applaud service providers, police, prosecutors, colleges, and nonprofits, encourage policymakers and victim service agencies to expand awareness and support, and urge businesses and media to promote awareness campaigns.
