Censure of Representative Al Green. This resolution would formally censure Representative Al Green for interrupting the joint session to receive the State of the Union, calling the conduct a breach of proper decorum and noting it was the second time in less than a year he was removed by the Sergeant at Arms for similar unpatriotic disruptions. It would require him to present himself in the House well for the Speaker to publicly read the censure.
