- Workers and local economies: Would highlight that the energy and energy-efficiency sectors employed about 8.5 million people at the end of 2024 and that clean energy jobs are local and resistant to outsourcing.
- Entrepreneurs and small businesses: Would recognize the role of entrepreneurs and small businesses in maintaining U.S. energy leadership and delivering low-cost, clean, reliable technologies.
- Research and labs: Would applaud the work of Department of Energy National Laboratories in multiple states and Washington, D.C. for their contributions to clean energy innovation.
