More car adaptations for veterans

If enacted, the VA would be able to pay for medically necessary car adaptations for veterans who are eligible for VA medical care. Examples listed include ramps and kneeling systems, raised doors or lowered floors, raised roofs, air conditioning, mobility lifts, wheelchair tie‑downs, and adapted seating. The change would take effect upon enactment.

VA pension cap extended to 2032

If enacted, this bill would replace the date November 30, 2031 with September 30, 2032 in 38 U.S.C. 5503(d)(7). That would keep the cap on certain VA pension payments in place for about ten more months. The change would take effect upon enactment.
